1. Introduction Machmiller Industries ("we", "us") provides educational software products. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data collection for our downloadable software, "MachLAB."

2. Data Collection We do not collect personal data from students. The "MachLAB" downloadable software operates locally on the user's device and does not transmit usage data, student names, or grades to our servers.

3. Customer Data (Teachers/Purchasers) We collect information from purchasers (educators and parents) solely for the purpose of processing payments and delivering the software license. This includes: Name, Email Address, and Billing Information. This data is processed securely via our payment partner (Gumroad).
